Return & Refund Policy

At Khushi’s Khakhra, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products once an order has been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for

Change of mind, taste preference, opened or used products, or an incorrect order placed by the customer.

Damaged or wrong product

If you receive a wrong product, damaged package, or a product that is not in usable condition at the time of delivery, please contact us with clear photos or video of the package and product.

Such cases will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution may be provided where applicable.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error from Khushi’s Khakhra.
