Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are not included in product prices.

Shipping charges

Surat: shipping starts from ₹40. Gujarat outside Surat: shipping starts from ₹80. Outside Gujarat: shipping starts from ₹150.

These are starting shipping rates only, not guaranteed final courier charges. Final shipping depends on total order weight and delivery PIN code. If the courier charge is higher than the starting amount shown at checkout, the customer must pay the additional shipping amount before dispatch.

International Orders

For delivery outside India, shipping is quoted individually. International courier charges depend on destination country, postal code, parcel weight and courier availability. Please request a shipping quote on WhatsApp before making payment. We will confirm the final product and shipping amount first. Any customs duty, import tax or local clearance fee charged by the destination country is not included unless we explicitly confirm otherwise and may be payable by the customer.

Payment & COD

For delivery within India, Cash on Delivery and Online Payment are available. For Online Payment, place the order first; our team will send the official payment QR/details to your registered WhatsApp number.

Order processing

Orders are processed after successful order placement. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and courier availability.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and PIN code. Incorrect address information can delay delivery.
